Information on how DIGIPIV processes its customers' data

Under the data protection legislation in force, DIGIPIV DIGITAL SOLUTIONS UNIP LDA, with the VAT number 516839977, is responsible for processing the data requested from the customer, the purpose of which is the commercial relationship between the customer and DIGIPIV, within the scope of one or more products contracted and selected by the customer, which is the legal basis for processing the data requested from the data subject and made available by the data subject:

The personal data requested by "DIGIPIV" from customers are:

  • for billing purposes: name, VAT number, address and contact details;

  • for Training and Coaching purposes (trainee data): name, telephone number, email address;

  • for Business Consulting of the CEO/manager of the business: name, telephone number, address, preferred social network for communication, and financial data of the business for financial analysis and business trends;

  • for digital marketing and marketing coaching: login details, domains, hosting, servers, websites and other platforms, social media accounts and consequently the details of the DIGIPIV client's customers are requested,

At any time, the client has the right to ask the data controller for access to their data, as well as the right to rectify it if necessary. The right to information on how their data is processed. You have the right to object and the right to restriction of processing. You have the right to automated individual decisions that DIGIPIV may develop. The data subject has the Right of Portability and the Right to erasure of their data at the end of the business relationship, except for billing data which is retained for 10 years for tax compliance;

By default, as part of the implementation of the GDPR, the websites created and managed by DIGIPIV do not use advertising cookies, functional cookies and performance cookies. They only use necessary cookies and analytical cookies. Other cookies will only be activated at the customer's request;

The websites digipiv.com, proeasysite.com, digitips.club, digiboost.app, danieldosreis.com, padelbuddy.club, use cookies to track and analyse visits to their websites. To this end, they have installed the Google® Analytics service, a third-party service that processes personal browsing data (https://policies.google.com/technologies/types?hl=pt-PT). The information collected helps the webmaster to optimize the content, navigation, layout and performance of the site, so that we can provide a better service. Temporary cookies do not have an expiry date and are only stored in the browser until you leave the site, being deleted when you close the browser. DIGIPIV is a 100% digital company. Billing data is retained for 10 years to comply with tax law, after which time it is digitally deleted. Documents in digital format, in a data centre (cloud), are digitally deleted;

DIGIPIV is committed to the confidentiality of the personal and business data requested from clients, so the necessary technical and organizational measures will always be taken to comply with the Regulation, guaranteeing that the processing of the data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the legal purpose of the aforementioned contract. DIGIPIV takes the appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data requested, as well as the privacy of its owners;

Internally, customer data is processed by the management, administrative services and service providers required for the service to be developed;

Within the scope of the services subcontracted by DIGIPIV, it may transfer data to countries of the European Union, the European Economic Area and third countries, with the aim of fulfilling the legal purpose of the contract and in the interests of the data subject, always guaranteeing compliance with the data protection regulations in force;

Companies subcontracted for the following technical services, from which the respective declarations of conformity have been requested, may also have access to customer data:

  • "Carlos Santos Gonçalves, Unipessoal, Lda.", an accounting firm that provides accounting services;

  • DIGIBOOST - CRM created by DIGIPIV, on the gohighlevel.com platform. This computer platform and its trademark is managed and owned by the company HighLevel inc., which is based in the United States (Texas). DIGIPIV uses these services for website hosting and customer data management. Through this technology provided by HighLevel inc., DIGIPIV manages its DIGIBOOST platform. DIGIPIV does not share its customers' personal or business data, thus complying with the GDPR.   • "SiteGround Spain, S.L" - company that manages the Siteground.com software. Through this program, DIGIPIV provides website and e-mail hosting. The company is based in Spain. The privacy policy can be consulted via the link: https://eu.siteground.com/privacy.htm

  • Moloni, Lda. is a brand of GRUPO VISMA - a company based in Norway, which manages the invoicing software called MOLONI. The data required for the invoicing and accounting process is placed on this platform. The privacy policy can be consulted via this link: https://www.visma.com/privacy-statement;

  • Read AI Inc. - DIGIPIV's virtual assistant which records and transcribes meetings. The company that manages this software with the same name is based in the United States. The privacy policy can be consulted via this link: https://www.read.ai/privacy

  • STRIPE Inc. - Online payment management software with the same name and European headquarters in Ireland. The privacy policy can be consulted via the link: https://stripe.com/en-pt/privacy

  • Notion Labs, Inc. - "Notion", GIGIPIV's productivity management platform. https://www.notion.so/notion/Privacy-Policy-3468d120cf614d4c9014c09f6adc9091, on this platform various information regarding clients is posted;

  • AgileBits Inc. - managing company of the brand "1Password" - Software where all customers' passwords are stored. This company is based in Canada and its privacy policy can be consulted via the link: https://1password.com/legal/privacy

  • Antonieta Guerreiro, DPO - Data Protection Officer, Lda. - Company contracted to provide DPO services and implement the GDPR.  This company may have access through consultation of clients' names as part of periodic audits;


    DIGIPIV uses the following tools as platforms for communicating with clients:

  • Whatsapp - this social network may be used by the Data Controller to create restricted work groups and groups for disseminating information, with the authorization of the data subject. Once the user has agreed to join the group, the user's profile (possibly name and photo) and telephone contact will be available;

  • Telegram - this social network may be used by the Data Controller to create restricted working groups and information dissemination groups with the respective authorization from the data subject. Once the user has agreed to join the group, the user's profile (possibly name and photo) and telephone contact will be available;

  • Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin  - these social networks may be used by the Data Controller to create restricted working groups and information dissemination groups with the respective authorization of the data subject. Once the user has agreed to join the group, the user's profile (possibly name and photo) and telephone contact will be available;

  • DigiTips - a community area for DIGIPIV customers with useful tips and information.  Through DigiTips customers can also ask questions, share information and attend training sessions. Each user fills in their profile and is responsible for the information they post, including photos. At any time, the customer can cancel access to DigiTips without this affecting the existing contractual and commercial relationship.
